The Wellness Muse

An early interested in physical health stemmed from Family Values of eating 5 fruits and vegetables per day as well as exercising often. This led Emily to Fitness in the form of Sports at a young age (volleyball, running, dance), physique competitions in her early twenties, and studying Kinesiology with a Minor in Psychology at California Polytechnic University where she enjoyed learning in Classes such as: Exercise Physiology, Society and Drugs, Anatomy of the Body, Risk Management, and more. After University, she was recruited at the largest fitness center in the US, PRO Club in Bellevue Washington. Here she connected to the studying of Quantum Biology which led her to longevity and Earth centered Wellness. Soon after (one year) she realized she could not work in an environment that was not outside. She Manifested her dream Private Wellness Center and is based there now.

Accessibility: Low barrier to access and digestible education that anyone can understand and embody. Most of the teachings and concepts embodied by the Wellness Muse require no money.
